Application requests are full for August. We will resume accepting applications on September 1, 2017. Any applications received before September 1st will not be retained or held over to September.
Remember Betty provides direct financial support to breast cancer patients and survivors by paying bills directly and, in certain cases, providing gift cards, gift certificates, and chemo care packs.
In order to formally apply for assistance from Remember Betty, a small amount of paperwork is required.

2. A letter from your oncologist or surgeon that confirms your diagnosis of breast cancer.
3. Copies of the bills that you are requesting assistance with, if applicable. Please note that bills need to include either pay by phone information or a payment slip to accompany a check. In the case of rental assistance, a copy of your lease must be included.
4. A short personal note from the patient or survivor on how breast cancer has affected their life.

To submit your application, please follow the instructions on our application page. Applications are accepted via email, fax, or mail. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Please note that due to the volume of applications received, we cannot provide confirmation of receipt.
Please note that grants are reviewed on the 2nd and 4th Thursday evening of each month by our 6 member review panel. Determination notices will be sent the following day to applicants, with assistance being distributed during the following week.
You do NOT need to be in active treatment to be considered for assistance.
After receiving assistance, you may reapply 12 months from the date of your original grant approval.
