Remember Betty provides direct financial support to breast cancer patients and survivors by paying bills directly and, in certain cases, providing gift cards, gift certificates, and chemo care packs. Grants are reviewed on an on-going basis.
In order to formally apply for assistance from Remember Betty, a small amount of paperwork is required.
1. A letter from your oncologist or surgeon that confirms your diagnosis of breast cancer.

3. A small background from the patient or survivor on how breast cancer has affected their life.
You do NOT need to be in active treatment to be considered for assistance.
