Through October, the whimsical culinary playground Barton G. (Los Angeles and Miami) will be donating 15% of all proceeds of the restaurant’s signature pink cotton candy dessert, Marie Antoinette’s Head – Let Them Eat Cake ($29) to Remember Betty. Founded by Danny Wood of New Kids on the Block following his mother’s 1999 death from breast cancer, Remember Betty provides direct financial assistance to breast cancer patients and survivors.

Like  everything about Barton G., the dessert is grand — a two-foot high pink cotton candy wig tops the Marie Antoinette Head/Let Them Eat Cake dessert, served with raspberry and strawberry cream cheese cake, fresh berries, and schlag.

Definitely one of L.A.’s most jaw-dropping confections — and for a great cause.
